“Northeastern Consulting, Inc. is a small dynamic firm that offers extensive support, guidance and coaching for those requiring Organizational Development.

They provide individual coaching for Individual Development of Team members, Team Leaders, Project Sponsors, and Project Champions. The result of this people development approach to team effectiveness and performance has been, for our company, a significant increase in productivity, focus and resource optimization.

The Northeastern professionals utilize the Drexler-Sibbet model for Team assessment and Meyer-Briggs for individual assessment. This worked well to provide a foundation, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the team members. From there, they built on strengths and were able to assess the team’s progress after six months for learning, measurement and renewal purposes. Day long off sites were used to facilitate this process of assessment, improvement, synergistic learning and continued work in corollary topics such as Influencing skills. Various other models were used to help Team Members understand human communication styles and behaviors. This was done by establishing team norms, team agreements, team member roles and responsibilities, meeting facilitation skills, follow up skills to make decisions and meetings effective drivers of change.

They also easily facilitate Organizational Development by opening communication, utilizing Organizational Development tools to enable understanding and respect among all levels of an organization."
