To read the bio’s of the Northeastern Consulting team members is like reading a Who’s Who in organizational effectiveness and development consulting. The Northeastern Consulting Team members have years of training and experience in organizational consulting and leadership development. They all have advanced degrees in applied social sciences and several of them either currently teach or have taught at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in several universities and institutions around the country.

The Northeastern Consulting Team cares about you and your business. Many of them have been part of the management in the organizations they support and therefore understand the direction and business challenges their clients face. They consciously entered the field of organizational development to provide a level of support that is both personal and professional and leads to their clients’ success. They have the experience and expertise to offer excellent advice and assistance and to be able to work successfully with a variety of businesses and industries. They are committed to sound consulting guidance, great service and a positive impact on their clients’ operational effectiveness.
 
All Northeastern Consulting team members are officers of the company and as such are part of the decision making process with respect to clients and business operations.

Dave Fleck, President and Principal Consultant

Dave Fleck is the President and Principal Consultant of Northeastern Consulting Consulting, Inc. Dave founded the company nearly 10 years ago and specializes in consulting to world leaders in Health Care, Financial Services, Telecommunications, E-commerce and Manufacturing. Prior to starting Northeastern Consulting, Dave was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness with Johnson and Johnson's pharmaceutical business and the Team Leader for the Organization Development Consulting Practice in AT&T's consumer business. Earlier in his career, Dave was the Manager of Defense Contracting in Bell Laboratories (now a part of Lucent Technologies) and has held management positions with Raytheon Co. as well as the United States Government. For several years Dave was an Adjunct professor in the graduate program at Polytechnic University in New York. He holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Seattle's City University - Leadership Institute of Seattle and Bachelors in Sociology (Summa Cum Laude) from the State University of New York.

Lois Campbell, Vice President and Senior Consultant

Lois Campbell is the Vice President and a Senior Consultant. She specializes in facilitating leadership and group effectiveness. She assists organizations to effectively manage change and growth through stronger work relationships, increased communication skills, viable organizational plans, and enhanced leadership capacity. Lois teaches in Carlow College’s Masters in Professional Leadership Program. She holds a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Seattle’s City University and is a certified mediator with the Pittsburgh Mediation Center.

Mary Beth Larkin, Vice President and Senior Consultant

Mary Beth Larkin, Vice President and Senior Consultant , specializes in executive development and coaching and assisting organizations and teams to successfully manage growth and high performance through large-scale change implementation, process improvement, and mergers and acquisitions cultural integration. Prior to joining Northeastern, Mary Beth held various Organizational Development and Human Resources generalist and specialist positions across her 22-year career within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies supporting global efforts across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Consumer businesses. Mary Beth holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University. She is certified in various individual, team, and executive team development assessments, organizational survey development and analysis, She also served as internal faculty for multiple training workshops focused on ethical decision-making, conflict resolution, legal awareness and change leadership.

Jane Jennings, Associate Vice President and Senior Consultant

Jane Jennings is the Associate Vice President and a Senior Consultant. Her expertise is in building leadership skills at multiple levels in organizations, developing effective teams, implementing 360-degree feedback programs, enhancing communication skills and providing executive coaching to team leaders and managers. She has worked as the Director of Organization Development at J. Crew and Manager of Organizational Effectiveness with Johnson and Johnson. Jane has a Masters Degree in Organizational Consulting and is currently attending Rutgers University pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Psychology.

Amy Flynn, Associate Vice President and Senior Consultant

Amy Flynn, Associate Vice President and Senior Consultant has has worked in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device and Diagnostic industries for over 18 years across a variety of functional areas including operations, marketing and business development.  Amy has led major change initiatives from both the client and consulting side that include mergers, acquisitions and partnerships as well as internally driven change.  She combines a strong process orientation with an interest in internally driven motivation to effectively shift organizational thinking and action toward a long term vision.  Amy holds a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering. 

N. Dini Checko, Assistant Vice President and Consultant

N. Dini Checko, Assistant Vice President and Consultant, offers an appreciative and intuitive approach to coaching, training and development, and organizational effectiveness. She uses her diverse background, education, and experience to help understand the perspective and needs of other people and to aid them in being more effective as individuals within an organization. Dini holds an M.A. degree from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology and a B.S. degree from the School of Business at Rutgers University. She is certified as a Coach/Consultant in Whole System IQ from The Leading Clinic. Dini is a member of the NJ Organizational Development Network.

 

Paul Forti, Assistant VP, Senior HR Business Consultant and Psychologist

Paul Forti, PhD, Assistant Vice President, Senior Human Resources Business Consultant and Psychologist, provides executive coaching and management consulting services. He brings value-added skills and human resources expertise to organizations in the area of career management, assessments, employee motivation, team facilitation and organizational development. One of his key strength’s is his ability to equip individuals with effective leadership and collaborative problem solving skills, which provide the foundations for implementing all strategic change initiatives.

Dona-Maria Vages, Assistant Vice President and Senior Consultant

Dona-Maria Vages, Assistant Vice President, Senior Consultant and Certified Emotional Intelligence Expert, specializes in assisting organizations to successfully manage and effectively use their human resources as a competitive advantage. Her focus is on the effective management of organizational transitions and developing associate capability throughout the US and Europe. Dona holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science Degree (cum laude) in Business Administration from Northeastern Consulting University. She is an adjunct instructor at the graduate level at universities in Massachusetts and in Florida. She has also been certified in conducting emotional intelligence assessments and related coaching.

Catharine Randazzo, PhD, Assistant VP, Senior Consultant and Psychologist

Catharine Randazzo, PhD, Assistant Vice President, Senior Consultant and Psychologist uses Positive Psychology coaching to make her varied skills and training come to life for her clients. She received her BAs in Psychology and Sociology (High Honors) from Douglass College, and her MA and Ph.D. (also with honors) from SIU. She is near the completion of her formal Coach Training with MentorCoach after which she will earn her certification from the ICF. She also has training in victims’ assistance and combat trauma management, and experience with conflict resolution in the DoD school system, retirement coaching, project completion, sports performance enhancement, and executive coaching.
